Current Mood: Apathethic.

I am currently prowling the internet for some sort of inspiration. Because life in MD is ~~reducing me~~ boring me to tears. I’m over it. On to the next one….

365 Project Update: HA! Fail. I actually have been taking my daily pictures but I am too lazy to upload them. At this point the backlog of images is too long. I am considering just making it a FB album since the thought of uploading them individually here makes me want to bash my head in.

I’m starting a new blog :)

January 1, 2011 marks the start of my 365 day project. Uploads will occur on Sunday nights when i plan to upload the weeks worth of pictures. Now i ~~hate and run away from~~ am not the best at commitment but i am hoping that i keep up with my posts and maybe even achieve one of my bucket list goals of taking a truly breathtaking picture.

My predictions for this project?

80% of my pictures will be food and Charly related.

I’ll get to day 17 and give up.

It will be epic.

I may cry.

Camera Shy

Let me make one thing clear I love my camera. I dreamed and saved and finally bought it and a nice lens to accompany it. But… sometimes whipping the big old DSLR out and snapping away can be a bit awkward. For example, if I am at a store and I see a particularly awesome display I tend to want to take a picture of it but oftentimes don’t because it’s not a setting where a camera is normal and it feels awkward. Combine my dork self with the fact that I have recently become interested in delving into street photography and I have a problem on my hands. So in order to remedy my camera shyness I am going to be all gung-ho about picture taking now. It’s going to be guerilla style photography from here on out.
